Sifu Joe Rahrer began Wing Chun training in 1985 in Boise Idaho under Master Heimberger. Sifu Rahrer is the Dei Si Hing (eldest brother) in the WCKFC. As an Avaiation mechanic for the US Government he has served several missions in different hot spots of the world including a 3 year tour in south asia. Sifu Rahrer is kind and generous to all who know him and is a great Wing Chun instructor.

Tim Smith began his Wing Chun training in 1987. As an Electronic Tech. he specializes in custom manufacturing for the Internet, and the Communication Industry.Tim travils between Idaho and Utah training students in Wing Chun Kung Fu and still manages to squeeze his favorite pastimes of hunting, fishing and working on his ongoing passion--building muscle cars for collectors.
